In a recent briefing with stockholders, Sony Chief Financial Officer Nobuyuki Oneda, said that they were planning on shipping 6 million Playstation 3 consoles by March, of 2007. He said that "We don't believe this is a difficult target".
Sony may, once again, be just talking-the-talk, and not be able to walk-the-walk. This is from the company that is scrambling to have 2 million units by the end of the year, and even that target is looking bleak.
